SPEEDFIX Park All Night, Storage and Concierge

About SPEEDFIX Park All Night, Storage and Concierge

This is a gated outdoor lot off I-40 at the Strawberry Plains Pike exit in Knoxville. You can store an RV, boat, truck, or trailer here, and there's 24/7 access for those with the code. The owner also runs a bus company, so you might see commercial vehicles around. Reviews are mixed. Some mention garbage cans that are often full, a porta potty that isn't always there, and a mud pit when it rains. Gates have been left open or broken for weeks, one reviewer said. Others note that the owner can be particular about who parks here, and one long-term customer felt rent went up without improvements. On the plus side, people call the lot secure because only those with access can get in. Rates for long and short term outdoor storage are described as reasonable. Concierge services include winterization, RV pickup or delivery, and stocked groceries. If you need a spot with around-the-clock access and don't mind a basic gravel yard, it's worth a look.
