About Stor-Eze
Stor-Eze is a family-run self-storage place in Lakewood, just off I-5 and Highway 512, across from the north gate of McChord Air Force Base. They've been around for over 20 years and say they cater to military folks, with discounts. Reviewers often bring up the staff. One person said employees helped unload their truck and pack the unit for free, calling the place military friendly. Others note the managers live on-site, which adds a layer of security. A long-term customer from 2012 to 2020 praised the manager by name for being polite and helpful. The facility also gets mentions for being clean and having lower prices than many competitors. Not every review is glowing. One caller complained about being hung up on. But a regular of five years said the new site manager is more professional than before. With 42 Google reviews and a 4.3 rating, it's worth a look if you're near the base.
