About Stor-Mor Mini Storage
Stor-Mor Mini Storage on the east side of Oswego rents outdoor spots for RVs, boats, campers, and trailers, along with indoor units from 5x5 up to 12x30. The office also sells boxes, packing supplies, and locks, and it's a U-Haul rental center, so you can grab a truck for moving day without a second stop. Google reviews land at 4.4 stars across 42 ratings. Some people praise the clean units and helpful staff, with one reviewer calling the manager customer-oriented. Others tell a different story: complaints about limited gate hours, unreturned calls and emails, and a rude attendant. One person reported rat droppings on their stored items. A long-term trailer customer said they were told to move their rig for lot resealing and later found valve stems broken. Access hours are restricted, and the facility is not open 24/7. If you need evening entry or frequent check-ins on your rig, ask about the gate schedule before you sign. For straightforward outdoor parking and a central Oswego location, it's worth a look, but read the recent reviews and stop by in person.
