Reviews back up the day-to-day: the place stays clean, the setup is organized, and people keep naming the staff. Bridget comes up often, along with Yolanda and Brenda, for patience with questions, walking people through their choices, and little things like opening the back gate for a big UHaul. Terms are described as flexible, and a few reviewers called the prices reasonable. Most of the 111 Google reviews land at 4.7 stars, and the vibe in them is friendly and low-stress.
