Storage King USA, 120 S Alexander Dr

About Storage King USA

Storage King USA sits on South Alexander Drive in Baytown, part of a company that has been renting storage since 2003. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Lisa and Faith get named for walking people through rentals, and one reviewer said the process went from start to finish without much friction. The place is climate controlled, and a reviewer noted the temperature-controlled units actually stay cool. Security is monitored and video recorded. There is a cargo lift for getting loads to the second floor, plus dollies and moving carts. Move-in trucks and truck rentals are listed, which helps if you are hauling a rig or a boat. Cleanliness shows up again and again in the reviews, along with easy access and intuitive signage for early drop-offs before the office opens. One person mentioned that promotions were only available online, so that part took a little longer. Everyone else seemed to have a smooth time. It is wheelchair accessible, and online rental is an option if you would rather not come in to sign.
