About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on Tryon Road in Raleigh rents outdoor spots for rigs along with regular storage units. The place has a 4.8 rating across 386 Google reviews, and one theme keeps coming up: the staff. Nathan and Suzette get named again and again, and people describe them as patient and easy to work with. Reviewers also call the facility clean and well taken care of, in a location they consider safe. One person came in asking about a small motorcycle spot and was told smaller vehicles can go in the outdoor units, which they thought was a good deal. Another mentions renting an auctioned unit here twice with no trouble. Not every review is glowing. One renter says they were charged for an extra week on a reservation and couldn't get a response or a refund, and that inside units are hard to find without a map. Worth knowing before you book. Climate control and a video recorded security system are listed among the services.
