About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on Speedway Blvd in central Tucson, and the location is one thing reviewers keep coming back to. It is close to campus, which is why some out-of-state parents have rented units here two summers running for UA student storage. The staff gets most of the credit in reviews. People describe Shane and the front desk crew as friendly, patient and quick to answer questions, even the ones other storage places dodge. One reviewer had a work van that would not fit the first unit because of a ladder rack, and the manager swapped them into another one. Another booked online to get the web price and was set up over the phone. Folks mention the lot feels secure, with code entry and exit and video surveillance, and the units are clean and easy to get to. Climate control, alarms, moving carts and a move-in truck are part of the setup. The place has been around since 2003. Reviews are mostly positive, though a 4.6 average means not every visit went perfectly.
