About Storage of America
Storage of America on Kitridge Road is an indoor, climate-controlled facility near I-70 and I-75 in Huber Heights. It has drive-through building access with a 10-foot truck clearance and covered loading zones. You can rent or pay at the 24-hour kiosk, and live remote managers help Monday through Saturday. Online booking is available, and leases are month-to-month. They offer 10% discounts for military, seniors, and students. Reviewers often mention cleanliness and climate control, but experiences vary. One reviewer liked the indoor, temperature-controlled units for moving in bad weather. Others describe ongoing problems: a broken entry gate, trash in the aisles, and dirty bathrooms. A few reviewers said the building had leaks and that police told them the cameras don't really work. Some had trouble reaching anyone by phone, including the emergency number. The facility is on Kitridge Road, close to I-70 and I-75, and serves the Dayton area. If you need covered or indoor storage for an RV, it's worth a look, but read recent reviews carefully before you sign.
