About Storage Rentals of America
This is a self-storage facility in Alexandria that also handles RVs and boats, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots. The place is gated and has 24/7 video surveillance at most facilities, plus a dump station and lit areas. One reviewer mentioned a break-in attempt and said no one contacted them, so security isn't perfect. Staff get a lot of praise in reviews. Jazmon and Cornelius come up by name for being patient and helping people pick the right unit size. Another reviewer said the process was simple, like 1, 2, 3. People also mention a welcoming atmosphere and polite staff, though a couple of reviews note rate increases, with one saying rent went up 56% in a month. The facility is fully fenced and has climate-controlled units. There's a moving supply store on site. Hours are posted but it's not open 24/7 for customers. Fort Belvoir and Pentagon personnel are mentioned as regular customers.
