About Storage Rentals of America
Storage Rentals of America runs a self-storage facility in Missoula, Montana, with climate-controlled units and month-to-month leases. It sits near Fort Missoula and is a short drive from Downtown, Westside, and Northside neighborhoods. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Susan and Theresa. They describe them as pleasant, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. One customer says the manager was flexible in helping them get a larger unit. Others call the process easy and quick, with several noting a smooth experience even for someone from outside the US. A few reviews mention the airport location as handy and removed from busy downtown. Not every comment is positive; one reviewer found the grounds somewhat junky and worn, with abandoned vehicles. The facility has 24-hour security features, on-site moving and packing supplies, and customer service available seven days a week. You can reserve online, by phone, or in person.
