About Storage Sense - Charleston
Storage Sense sits on Folly Road near Folly Beach, and the site handles outdoor parking, drive up self storage and indoor units. Covered space is available too. You can rent online, and the gate is keypad controlled. Most of the praise in reviews goes to the staff. Cari and Dottie come up by name, described as friendly and quick to help, including with finding the right price package. People also call the units clean and mention climate controlled options and trailer storage. Some reviewers report problems. One long-term renter wrote about rate increases and rodents, and another about termites in a unit. Others said the website and gate keypad failed on them and the office was sometimes empty. It is worth reading the recent reviews yourself before signing.
