About Storage Sense - Magna
Storage Sense in Magna runs both climate-controlled units and drive-up ones, plus extra-large indoor or enclosed spaces for vehicles. Covered RV parking is part of the mix, and the site has cameras and coded entry. One review describes the covered RV spots as having trickle chargers. Reviewers keep coming back to the people at the front desk. Several call out Jen and Krystal by name for being courteous and helping them get into a unit during a crunch. Others mention the wide paved aisles and rates they found reasonable. A few note the place is new and clean, with borrowed dollies that made moving easier. Not every review is glowing. One person reported mice and droppings in their unit and damage to upholstered chairs, and another complained about reaching the company phone line when the manager was not available. Worth asking about pest control and who you call with a problem before you sign.
