About Storage Sense - Utica
Storage Sense in Utica handles outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other vehicles, plus drive-up and temperature-controlled units for everything else. The lot is gated with cameras, and reviewers often mention the clean grounds and easy keypad entry. Staff get a lot of love in reviews. Marlana and Brian are called out by name for walking people through the rental process and explaining policies without rushing. One reviewer said the online reservation took just minutes and a lock was included. Others like that you can reserve and pay online and get access right away. A few reviews mention burned-out parking lot lights and uneven elevator floors, so take a look at the outdoor area when you visit. The self-storage side is wheelchair accessible and the business is veteran- and women-owned.
