About Storage Star
Storage Star sits in Pendleton and rents self-storage plus spots for RVs, boats, and cars. Reviews mention drive-up access, so you can pull right to the door. The place is lit at night and watched by cameras around the clock, with access controls on the gates. Reviewers keep bringing up Melody, who returns calls fast and walks people through the rental. One person said they were in a unit within 10 minutes of calling. Others call the process quick and easy, and a few note the units are clean. The 4.5 rating comes from 185 reviews, and it is not all praise. One reviewer complained about a rent increase and same-day closure notices, and mentioned mice. Worth reading the recent reviews before you sign.
