About Storage Town USA
Storage Town USA is a self-storage spot in Austin that also lists boat and RV storage among its categories. Units are indoor and climate-controlled, and the property is gated. Beyond storage, they rent U-Haul moving trucks and sell packing and moving supplies. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, and you can pay online. The reviews are mixed but lean positive, 4.7 stars across 88 of them. Several people call out the manager, Nick, for being honest, helpful, and easy to talk to, with one reviewer saying they drive over an hour through Austin traffic to keep a unit here. Others mention the pricing as better than competitors and like the text message reminders. One review is bluntly negative about the staff. If you are parking a rig, call ahead and ask what they can take for indoor RV storage and what the access setup is. It is not a 24/7 facility, so check the hours before you plan a haul.
