About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Austin's self-storage scene handles more than just household goods. It also rents space for RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options available. Electronic gate and keypad access keep things locked down. With a 4.8-star average across 512 Google reviews, most folks highlight the polite staff. Reviewers often mention how helpful the front desk is. One customer praised Maria for finding the right-sized unit and called it the best storage experience they've had. Others note the tidy grounds and secure feel. Not every review is glowing. Some complain about elevators and doors breaking down and say the building sometimes smells. A few mention carts being flimsy or hard to find. It's worth a visit to see the RV area yourself and judge the upkeep.
