About Storage Wise of Luray II
Storage Wise of Luray II sits just outside town near the Guffner House Bed & Breakfast and Painter's Garage. Reviewers say the gravel lot is well leveled and the units are kept clean. A few call the turn-in a little tricky to spot the first time, but they tend to follow that with how close it is to town. Most of the feedback centers on the people running it. Reviewers describe a friendly owner and polite staff who answer quickly. One customer said the owner called when a unit was left unlocked, and another mentioned personal calls and texts while they were moving. Online rental and monthly online payment come up often too, with setup hiccups mentioned once but fixed fast. Not every review is positive. One person complained about a lock return charge they disputed, and another found mice in their boxes near the end of a long reservation. It is a straightforward choice for drive-up storage in Luray, with the good reviews mostly about service.
