About Store-N-Lock Storage & Packing - St Joe
Store-N-Lock runs eight locations around Evansville and Newburgh, and the St Joe spot is one of them. It's a big operation, more than 2,000 units company-wide, with sizes running from 5x5 up to 14x60. Temperature-controlled and electric-equipped units are part of the mix. The lot is gated and lit. Reviewers rate safety and staff highest, and several mention easy setup and a smooth rental process. One long-term renter of three years said price hikes stayed modest compared with other places. Another praised the manager for finding the right size unit. Cleanliness and lighting also come up. Not everything is glowing. A reviewer at the St Joe and Diamond corner location said the parking area lights were out and the gate-side lights went dark on a timer, which made after-hours access tricky. Rent increases came up more than once, though usually described as small. Ask about lighting and gate access at the specific site before you sign.

“Service has been great with Store-N-Lock in my 3 years renting. Unlike other units jacking up prices by 20-30% year over year, price increases were modest/reasonable. Location was ideal. Definitely recommend.” – Wesley R., 4 months ago, on Google
“It has been a good experience. There have been some rental increase. However, it hasn't been very much and I have been renting a space here for several years.” – Stephanie L., 2 years ago, on Google
