About StoreEase Self Storage
StoreEase on Deltona runs as a mostly self-service facility. Walk into the office and a large screen connects you to a virtual assistant who answers questions and helps you get your gate code. Reviews say that setup throws some people at first, but staff on the other end know their stuff. D'Licia gets named a lot for fast replies and phone help. Access is keyless through an app, and the gate is locked the rest of the time. Some renters call the app easy; one reviewer had to delete and reinstall it twice to get in. That same reviewer reported a leaking roof that damaged belongings and noted rates that swing by $20-$50 a month for the same size unit depending on timing. Others stayed a year and a half with no problems and felt their stuff was safe. Units come up clean in reviews, and the staff keeps showing up as kind and helpful. Call ahead or reserve online if you want to skip the kiosk guessing game on your first visit.
