About Public Storage
Public Storage in DeBary handles RVs, boats, and cars alongside regular self-storage. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and it's open 24/7 so you can get to your rig when it suits you. Covered, indoor, and outdoor storage types are mentioned. The place has a 4.6-star rating from 293 Google reviews. Reviewers often call the property clean and the staff informative and helpful, with one person noting Susan is always willing to help. The rental process gets a few mentions, including app-based access and setup. Some long-term renters have complained about rate increases and the no-prorating policy on move-out, and a couple of reviews mention smaller spaces. What renters mention
“I am modifying this review as Josh (District Manager) has reached out to explain how appointments work if I need someone. Josh has been given a reprieve on my 30% increase for a couple of months.” – Carl R., 10 months ago, on Google
“I have had a unit with public storage. 4 over 20 years, their rates keep going up up up. I'm paying well over $200. A month. Now for this small storage unit, I think it's kind of ridiculous.” – michael p., Edited 8 months ago, on Google
“Moved in today & it was a great experience thanks to Gordon from the Sanford 1st Street location. We ran in to a small issue & Gordon drove over to the DeBary location from Sanford to help us out!” – Carolyn H., 4 months ago, on Google
