About StormKing Storage By Southern Star Self Storage
StormKing Storage sits about three miles south of Montrose on South Highway 550, near Ray's Jerky and You Sell Auto. It's a Southern Star Self Storage property, and the sign is easy to spot from the highway if you're coming down from Ridgway or farther out. Reviewers mention clean, well-kept grounds and prices they call fair. Several point to Jessica by name for being helpful and responsive, and one person rented here nearly eight years without a problem. The rating sits at 4.5 from 13 reviews, though not every one is glowing. A single reviewer complained about billing after canceling and said calls went unanswered, so read the recent ones yourself before you commit. Online rental is an option, and so is calling. Hours are posted but the gate isn't open around the clock.
