About Superior Storage - East Bend
Superior Storage sits on Highway 67 in East Bend, NC, and offers self storage in unit sizes from 5x10 to 10x20. That range fits household goods, seasonal items, or business inventory. Every unit is on the ground floor with drive-up access, so you pull up and unload rather than haul things down a hall. The lot is fully fenced and well lit, with cameras running around the clock and an electronic gate and keypad for entry. A free lock comes with the unit, and the site is handicap accessible with staff on-site. Cards are accepted, and you can pay bills online or set up auto pay. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 192 ratings, and the staff get most of the credit. Reviewers name Naomi and Russell James and Lauren, describing them as kind, patient, and quick to answer questions. Several mention a clean facility and an easy signup. One customer of about three years said the manager worked with them on payments during a rough stretch.
