About Superior Storage - Rural Hall
Superior Storage sits off the road in Rural Hall, near Covington Memorial Park, with drive-up access and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other rigs. The lot is fully fenced and well lit, with an electronic gate and keypad entry, and security cameras watch the grounds. A free lock comes with every unit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Rebecca and Jamie get named for walking people through a first rental, answering questions, and working with tenants who fell behind. One customer said the online booking was easy and the unit just needed a quick sweep. Another called the place accessible seven days a week. Not every review is glowing. One tenant complained about dust, dirt, and spider webs in the units, and said rates went up every year after Superior Storage took over Five Star Storage. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. Online bill pay, auto pay, and tenant insurance are available. It serves Bethania, Tobaccoville, and Germanton, and it's a practical spot for folks near Belews Lake.

“I highly recommend this facility. Our storage unit wasn't quite ready at the time of move in. Rebecca quickly went above and beyond, offering us 2 units in the meantime.” – Amanda M., 2 years ago, on Google
“Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. I live in Colorado, was in a bad accident, & got behind on my payments. She worked with me to get everything current, so I didn't lose my father's belongings. I would absolutely recommend!” – alisha b., 3 years ago, on Google
“Jamie took her time out to stay on the phone with me and walk me thru this where I have never rented out a storage unit. Thank you so much Jamie.” – David, 4 months ago, on Google
