About The Pearl Storage
The Pearl sits in Rockport/Fulton and stores boats and RVs in four zones, from 10' x 20' up to 12' x 35' and a longer term/oversized area. The lot is fenced, gated and lit, with surveillance cameras running. You get in and out with a personal QR code from the ParkMobile app, any hour of the day. It is close to several boat launches, and there is a boat rinse on site plus ice vending. Four Tesla EV chargers are free to use. Reviewers mostly bring up the location, and a few praise the owners, with one calling them helpful and respectful. Not every review is warm. One boater storing an RV and boat here for three months said the gate often failed to open and that callbacks took a while. The same reviewer found the people managing rude. It is worth reading through the reviews yourself before you book, especially if you will be pulling a rig in and out often.
