About The Storage Place of MT - 3rd Avenue
The Storage Place of MT on 3rd Avenue is a self-storage lot in Billings that takes boats, RVs, autos and general household overflow. The main office answers the phone during business hours, and staff stop by the property daily, so call ahead if you want to meet someone onsite. The reviews split. Several people mention friendly, helpful staff, and one renter thanked Andy and the crew by name. Others describe the 3rd Avenue units as outdated and not weather proof, with water getting inside and mice showing up. A few complain that rent has climbed sharply, and there are complaints about lock mix-ups and slow fixes. Worth a look if you want a central Billings spot for a boat or rig, but read the recent reviews first and ask about the condition of the specific unit before you sign.
