About The Store Room Self Storage

The Store Room Self Storage on the West Palm Beach side offers outdoor storage, which is where the RV crowd ends up. Cameras are part of the setup, and the place keeps posted hours rather than staying open around the clock. Google reviews average 4.4 from 40 people. Feedback splits down the middle. One RVer stored here over a year and praised the staff for being helpful and communicative after dealing with bigger companies. Other reviewers call the grounds spotless and say it feels safe day or night. The criticism is blunt: reports of rats and rat droppings, a flooded outdoor unit, and billing disputes after move-out. A long-time customer singled out one staff member for a bad interaction. Worth a look if you want outdoor RV space in the area. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit, since the experiences here vary a lot.
