About Timbermill Self Storage
Timbermill Self Storage sits just off Hwy 210 in Lebanon, Oregon. The lot is fully fenced and well lit, with a gate system one reviewer now opens from their iPhone. A year after that review, the same person noted fresh paint and a new on-site office. It is not the fanciest place you will ever park a rig, but the improvements are real. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One called the office lady very helpful and recommended the place without hesitation. Another said the gentleman they dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy for their family. Someone else arrived near closing with a card that would not work and the staff stayed late to get them rented. Not every review is glowing. One customer showed up on a posted open day to find the office closed. Another wished the phone got answered during office hours. If you would rather handle things online, no-contact leasing is offered. Month to month rental and online bill payment are available.

What renters mention
“UPDATE: A year later, and the facility has made good on site improvements. A gate system I can open with my iPhone, freshly painted buildings, and a brand new on-site office just to name a few!” – Dustin E., Edited a year ago, on Google
“I have a storage unit through them and on the sign they have posted the office is open Tuesday-Friday it was open from 10am-4pm. I paid my bill which was a couple days late so they put a lock on my storage.” – Luttrell 7., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Total experience with this company was terrific. From the beginning when renting it, until the day we moved our belongings out. Very nice people, office lady is so very helpful. We highly recommend this storage unit.” – Debra T., 4 months ago, on Google
