About Townsend Self Storage
Townsend Self Storage is a self-storage facility in Santa Ana that also handles vehicle parking, along with boat and automobile storage. Units include climate-controlled options, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. Carts and move-in trucks are on hand for the haul. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Genesis gets named for walking people through unit options, discounts, and the rental process without rushing. Others describe the team as polite, thorough, and consistent about walking the property through the day so belongings stay secure. One reviewer felt the website price did not match what they signed at move-in, so read the paperwork closely. The building is older, and they found the surrounding area rough.
