About Toy Shedz Boat & RV Storage
Toy Shedz sits right off I-10 in Brookshire, and people who store here keep bringing up how easy that is to reach. The setup is a mix of fully enclosed units plus surface and canopy parking. Floors are concrete, and units have lights and power so you can keep a battery charged while the rig sits. Security gets mentioned a lot. There's a digital keypad gate, perimeter fencing, and cameras running around the clock, plus lit aisles. One reviewer noted the property is high and drained well, with a protective surface on every aisle. Reviewers describe the place as clean and the owners as kind and easy to deal with, and several call the pricing reasonable compared to nearby options. One longer-staying customer had a dispute over a deposit at move-out, so read the fine print. Most of the 40 reviews land at 4.8 stars.
