“Went in on a Friday November 3rd 2017 to close out a unit and pay on another. Had to wait a 1hour and 20mins for a manager to come because he was the only person authorized to make changes in the system. It's a slow uneffective method.” – Brian C., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
“A good customer experience! Very laid back, helpfulf staff. Michael is extremely patient and communicates very well with customers during the extreme stress of moving. The return went equally well.” – D.W. H., 4 years ago, on Google
“i've used them twice now. i've had no problems, but i agree with the other reviewers. service is a little slow, but that won't stop me from using them again.” – Ken F., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
