About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center at Summer Ave
This Summer Ave location is a U-Haul trailer hitch super center, so the work here centers on hitches, wiring, and trailer rentals. It also shows up under moving and storage categories, which fits the usual U-Haul mix of trucks, trailers, and storage. The reviews are rough. At 2.2 stars across 34 ratings, the complaints pile up fast: wiring work that reviewers say caused problems, ordered hitches that were not there, long holds on the phone, and staff described as rude. One reviewer says they had to go through U-Haul corporate to get a refund. Not every review is bad. A few people mention helpful, knowledgeable staff on hitch orders and a professional install. Others say to take your business elsewhere. Read the reviews before you book, and know going in that this is a busy commercial strip location.
