About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Alsip
This is a U-Haul hitch and trailer shop on the south side of Alsip, and it also comes up as a spot for RV and self storage. The core of the business is install work: hitches, wiring, harnesses. U-Haul backs hitch installs with a lifetime warranty and a two year wiring service plan. Reviews run both ways. People who had a good visit talk about speed and price. One said the quote matched what they paid and the job finished ahead of schedule. Another picked up a 6x12 trailer and was out in about 25 minutes. A third liked that the staff seemed happy and there was none of the shadiness they had seen at other franchises. The complaints are worth reading before you book. One reviewer said a hole was cut in their bumper without approval and the wiring was a mess, and another came back to find the tech had been sent home. A third ordered pads with a truck and found none on arrival. Hitch installation and wiring are the two things reviewers mention most.
