About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Hamden
This is a U-Haul trailer hitch and supply center in Hamden. It also handles moving supplies, trailer rentals, self storage and RV storage. You can get a hitch installed here, and U-Haul backs the work with an Unlimited Lifetime Hitch Warranty and a Two Year Wiring Service Plan for both your tow vehicle and trailer. Reviewers mention the staff most often, calling them friendly, helpful and courteous. One regular said the trucks are usually ready with gas in the tank, and checkout runs smoothly. Another buys packing peanuts and bubble wrap here a few times a month and says they always have what he needs. One honest note from the reviews: boxes are not always in stock. The storage side gets good marks too. A reviewer described the rental prices as not overpriced and the storage unit area as very clean and easy to get around. With 14 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, it is a small sample, but the comments are steady on service. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.

“I go there regularly, at least once a month and my truck is waiting for me, and it even has gas in the tank. I get a 20' truck and it does fine for short hauls. I might be a little nervous to take it cross country.” – Dov C., 4 years ago, on Google
“We're not always reliable to have boxes in stock, but staff was always friendly and available to help answer questions.” – Lindsay D., 5 years ago, on Google
