About U-Own-It Boat & RV Storage
U-Own-It sits in Orange Beach and takes boats, RVs, jet skis and cars, according to people who park there. Reviewers keep bringing up the washdown stations, and one called them great for boats. Another said it was a great spot for jet skis while on vacation in the area. The on-site manager gets steady praise. Folks describe him as courteous, helpful and available when called, and one out-of-state owner said security and shelter mattered most and the service was appreciated. Others called it a safe environment and said the manager is a great guy. The place holds a 4.5 rating across 8 Google reviews. One reviewer had a rough stretch with a waiting list for a closed unit. After more than a year, the manager called to say it was ready, then said he had to check with the owner first. That person questioned why a list exists at all. Worth knowing before you join one.
