About U-Stor-It Mini Storage
A locally owned storage warehouse on the Albuquerque side of things, running since 1972. Units range from small 5 x 10 spaces up to rooms over 600 square feet, and the operation covers indoor storage along with space for a boat or RV. Gates are coded, so you need a code to get in. Reviews split depending on who you ask. Several long-term renters say the staff are kind and attentive, that the place stays clean, and that their units were clean at move-in. One person rented in minutes and called the couple running it courteous. Others praise the friendly owners and the prices. The complaints are worth knowing. Access hours are limited, and reviewers note the office is closed Sundays and around holidays, which stings if you can only move things on your days off. A couple of people had run-ins with staff they found rude. With 19 Google reviews it sits at 3.9 stars, and the manager on site is described as resident.
