About U-Stor Self Storage - Memphis, TN
U-Stor sits in Memphis and rents mini-warehouses from 5'x10' up to 10'x40', which covers everything from a small trailer to a full-size RV or boat. Every unit has drive-up access, so you pull right to the door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. The buildings are solid brick. Security is the part reviewers bring up most. Units are individually alarmed, the grounds are gated with cameras, and registered tenants get 24-hour entry. People also mention how clean the property stays and how long they have kept units there without trouble. The staff gets steady praise too, described as courteous and knowledgeable. One reviewer told a story about a gate code that quit working after hours; an employee noticed the frustration, came to the door, and had it fixed in a few minutes. Not every visit goes that way. One person waited at a closed office with no sign posted. On balance, 97 reviews average 4.6.
