About U Storage
U Storage sits off I-630 near Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. It's a self-storage spot that also handles boat and RV parking, plus moving supplies and truck rentals on site. Reviewers keep bringing up Cooper at the front desk. They say he explains the rental process clearly and helps with U-Haul issues. The facility itself gets praised for being clean, and people like having 24/7 access with their own code. Rates are called fair, and the contract terms are clear. One reviewer noted there's no grace period for late payments, so don't test that. Drive-up and climate-controlled units are both available, with free 24/7 access and a one-year rate lock. Moving supplies and dollies are in the office, and you can rent a truck if you need one. If you're parking a rig or filling a unit, the staff here seems to be the main reason people recommend it.

“The only thing I didn't like was there's no grace period if you're late you're automatically locked out of your unit, and if you have items that can be affected by temperature definitely spend the little extra to get climate controlled…” – JayAnna W., 3 months ago, on Google
