About United RV Centers Inc
United RV Centers sits on Highway 411 in Chatsworth, about 20 minutes from Dalton and 45 from Chattanooga. The family-owned lot opened in 1991 and is now run by the second generation. Along with sales and repair, they offer covered RV storage. Reviewers often bring up the fifth wheel selection and the staff. People describe the crew as down to earth and informative, and several mention a laid back, no pressure sales floor. One buyer said the whole process was stress-free after dealing with a pushier place elsewhere. The service side gets more mixed feedback. One owner reported slow repairs and dates that kept moving. Another described a handshake deal on a used Class A that the shop honored, even fixing something that had been missed. Sales reviews tend to run warmer than service ones, so factor that in if you need work done as well as parking. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
