About Universal Storage Inc.
Universal Storage Inc. sits in Shelby Township and handles more than just RVs. The listing also covers boats and regular self storage, so you get a mix of rigs and units in one place. Indoor storage is mentioned, and there are pull-through spots for those who want them. Reviewers bring up the cameras more than once, and one person said spaces are laid out well with wide driveways. The staff gets divided feedback. Some callers found the person on the phone helpful and willing to go out of her way, while others describe a short, unfriendly call about indoor options. One long-term renter had a serious mice problem in their units despite traps and repellents. Worth a call before you commit to a spot, especially if indoor space matters to you. The rating sits at 4.0 across 29 Google reviews.
