About Up-Town Storage
Up-Town Storage runs a fenced, locked main facility in Weaverville, and it also takes boats and RVs. The main grounds come up clean in reviews, and one person storing files over a winter said they had no leaks or pests. Management gets mixed marks. Several reviewers call the owner friendly and easy to work with, and one was glad to get a call before a late fee hit. Others describe the phone staff as rude and a security deposit issue that went nowhere. A reviewer also flagged a second, unnumbered lot as unprotected and said to skip it. Rates drew a few complaints about being high for what you get and about limited gate hours, though one renter said late gate access could sometimes be arranged. If you only need the fenced main lot, it is worth a call. Ask which lot your rig would sit in before you commit.
