About Vermilion Storage
Vermilion Storage is a family owned and operated facility, and reviewers tend to mention the owner by name in the good sense. People say he answers the phone himself and follows up. The 4.9 rating across 120 reviews comes up a lot in the same breath as quick response and reasonable rates. Units are gated with a lock provided, and folks write about pulling straight up to the door to unload. Boat and trailer storage gets mentioned, along with security cameras and clean units. Online move-in and bill pay run around the clock, and a few reviewers call the online setup long but the site itself easy to get into. Not every review is glowing. One person reported animal damage to a boat inside a locked unit, and another said the latch on their unit was rusty and hard to slide. Parking is 24/7, so late hours are possible, and one reviewer appreciated the owner watching out for them. Sizes run 5x5 up to 24x40 pull thru.
