About VIP Storage of Vestal

VIP Storage sits on Stewart Road in Vestal, right behind Best Buy and just off the Vestal Parkway. Drive-up units mean you pull straight to your door, and the size range runs from 5x5 up to 10x30 and 12.5x30. Easy to reach from Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott and Endwell, with I-81 and Route 86 close by. Reviewers keep coming back to the access. The gate and your unit open through a mobile app, no key needed, and people mention getting a person on the phone when the app gives them trouble. Matt, the site manager, comes up by name for returning calls and messages quickly. Several reviews mention booking on short notice and the sign-up going smoothly. Folks describe the property as clean, quiet and roomy enough to move a 26-foot U-Haul through. One renter had PODS dropped and picked up without a problem. Rent comes up as reasonable in more than one review. It's self-service, so plan on handling most things through the app or by text and email. Climate-controlled units are available if you want them.
