About Volunteer Storage - Seymour
Volunteer Storage Seymour offers self-storage units plus parking for RVs, boats, and cars. Units range from 3'x10' to 20'x20', and covered parking is available. The property is gated with security cameras and 24/7 access. Reviews are mixed. Several people mention helpful staff and fair prices, and one reviewer highlighted Gary, who does maintenance, for being extremely helpful during a move-out. Others say the facility feels safe, with cameras keeping thieves away. But some reviewers complain about management: one said a boat blocking the drive was still there months after being reported, and another mentioned a price increase right after renting. The call center also gets criticism, though the person handling paperwork by phone was called wonderful. If you want a straightforward place with security and access, it's worth a look. Just ask about management response times before you sign.
