Watson Village Climate Controlled Self Storage

About Watson Village Climate Controlled Self Storage

Watson Village sits in Anderson and offers both indoor climate controlled units and outdoor storage. The property is gated with a security system and has staff on site. Business records, household goods, and business storage all fit here. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Many call the owners and staff friendly, caring, and respectful, and one reviewer described a manager who drove around the lot in a golf cart to help find a lost debit card. Another told of a Christmas Eve lockout during a power outage and a call answered right away. Not every review is glowing: one renter reported a mouse problem and damage to stored items, and another wanted 24/7 access, noting a keypad was added to some doors but that a code failed on a Sunday. There is also a staging area for e-commerce sellers to shoot photos and leave labeled packages for FedEx or UPS pickup. RVs and boats count among the accepted storage types. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the rating sits at 3.9 across 356 reviews. If you need current rates or unit sizes, ask the office.
