About West Tennessee Storage (and Uhaul)

West Tennessee Storage sits in Paris and covers more than the usual self-storage setup. Units come climate controlled or not, and there is RV and boat parking on site. They also run as an authorized U-Haul dealer, so trucks, trailers and towing equipment are available in the same place. Boxes and moving supplies are sold at the office. Access runs 24 hours, and you can pay online. Reviewers have called out the owner as kind and helpful, with one noting he walked through the contract and checked that they were comfortable with two 26-foot trucks and a car trailer. Another mentioned Charlotte getting them set up after a cross-country drive, and a Sunday email got a fast reply when the return app was down. It is not all smooth. Some longer-term tenants describe rent increases and deposit refunds under new ownership that left them frustrated, and one reviewer had padlock trouble with no one reachable. Ratings average 4.0 from 16 Google reviews. Worth a visit to see a unit and confirm terms in writing before you sign.
