About Western Mass Storage Solutions
Western Mass Storage Solutions sits just off the highway in West Hatfield, a short drive from Whately. They offer outdoor RV and vehicle parking spaces, plus climate-controlled indoor units if you need something out of the weather. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they go out of their way to help. One person moving in with a 20-foot UHaul got a hand without asking. Others note the easy rental process and reasonable prices with no hidden fees. The climate-controlled units get good marks too, with furniture coming out clean after 10 months. Not every review is perfect. One person complained about the public bathroom being out of order for months. But most feedback focuses on helpful service and safe storage. If you need a spot for your rig or trailer, this place is worth a call.
