About Westside Storage
Westside Storage sits in Mission, Texas and runs as an RV storage facility. The lot has a 3.9 average across 37 Google reviews, so it lands in the middle range. A couple of reviewers mention the location working for them, and a couple bring up doors. Fair warning pulled straight from reviews: front-counter service is the sticking point. Several people describe staff as rude or unhelpful, with one saying an employee seemed annoyed by questions. Others report long waits, including a lunch break that ran past the posted time and a trailer return that took around two hours. One reviewer who rented a truck online ended up canceling. It isn't all bad. One long-time customer calls the two people who work there friendly and says the packing help was useful, even if service ran a little slow. If you need the counter for anything beyond dropping a rig, read the reviews first and go in with patience.
