About Willaredt Self Storage
Willaredt Self Storage is a locally owned spot in Mattoon with indoor and outdoor units, plus parking for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and heavy trucks. Reviewers mention the place is clean and well maintained, and several say the staff is friendly and helpful when picking a unit size or sorting out an account question. The property has cameras and lighting around the units, which people note makes access after dark easier. Folks also bring up easy move-ins and move-outs, and the office is staffed six days a week if you want to talk to someone in person. Between renters, units get cleaned and sprayed for bugs. One reviewer said the price is decent and deposits come back quickly. Another mentioned a run-in with the owner over property lines, so not every review is glowing. After the one-month minimum, rent is prorated and refunded when you move out.
