About Yelm MHP & Storage

Yelm MHP & Storage offers covered and indoor storage for rigs, boats and jet skis, so your RV and other gear can sit in one spot. Reviewers mention storing an 18.5-foot boat and two jet skis under cover, and one liked having belongings and the RV at the same place. Access hours came up as a good fit for at least one renter. Reviews split on security. Several people say they felt their things were safe and never had a break-in, and a few credit the manager, Charity, for being kind and easy to work with. One reviewer had the opposite experience, writing that the unit was broken into and cameras were not there as expected. New management got a mention as professional and courteous. The rating sits at 4.0 from 16 reviews, with security and the manager the topics that come up most. It is a plain, working storage lot, not a fancy one. If cameras and on-site security matter to you, ask straight questions before you sign.
