About Fort Collins Self Storage - Riverside
A family-owned storage yard in Fort Collins that's been run by the same folks for over 40 years. Reviewers keep mentioning Jane and Carla by name, and the word that comes up most is friendly. One tenant rented for three years, left, and came back. The setup is plain: gated, cameras, 24/7 access. No water, no heat, just square feet. Units come in sizes from 10'x10' up to 25'x60', and RV storage is an option if you need a bigger spot. Price is the other thing people bring up. Reviewers say it's the best rate they found in town. One noted the office runs 8 to 5, which is awkward on a 9 to 5 schedule, but didn't call it a dealbreaker. Another mentioned recent upgrades. It's not fancy and doesn't pretend to be.

“This is one of my favorite businesses I’ve ever worked with. I rented a unit for 3 years with Jane, and now again with her daughter Carla. Two of the nicest women I’ve met, and makes me grateful for family-owned businesses.” – Mary A., 4 years ago, on Google
“The best price by far for any storage unit in town! Hours are 8 - 5 though which can make it a bit difficult to access if you have a 9 - 5, but that's not really a big deal!” – Megan E., 2 months ago, on Google
“I love it. It's privacy is perfect and it's not too busy. Sure there is a guy trying to use it as an apartment.. But I love it because it has just what I need.. Lights!!” – B C., 8 years ago, on Google
